I’m a vacation owner in Mexico, and from time to time I have premium resort weeks that I’m
unable to personally use. Rather than letting those weeks go unused, I make a limited
number available to other travelers.
These are private owner reservations — not a travel agency, timeshare presentation or
sales promotion. I personally handle each reservation and am available to answer your
questions before you decide to book.

Verify the details
Before moving forward, we’ll confirm the dates, accommodations, occupancy and reservation details. I’m also happy to speak with you directly by phone or video call.
Reservation in your name
Once the agreed booking requirements have been completed, the guest reservation is placed in the appropriate traveler’s name according to the resort’s reservation procedures.
Receive your confirmation
You’ll receive the applicable reservation confirmation so you have documentation for your stay.

I’m a longtime travel enthusiast and vacation owner who loves creating memorable experiences in beautiful places. Over the years, I’ve invested in vacation ownership because I value the comfort, space, amenities, and resort experience that come with staying at high-quality properties.
This year, I have a limited number of vacation weeks available that I personally will not be using, including two especially exciting weeks in Nuevo Vallarta — one surrounding the PGA golf event and another during the November concert and entertainment week.
Rather than letting these weeks go unused, I’m offering them directly to other travelers who would love the opportunity to enjoy the resort during these highly sought-after dates.

I understand that renting a privately owned vacation week online requires trust. I would want to know exactly who I was dealing with, too.
That’s why I believe in being accessible and transparent throughout the process. You’ll communicate directly with me — not an anonymous booking site or automated system. I’m happy to answer questions, explain how the reservation works, and provide the appropriate reservation documentation so you can feel comfortable before your trip.
These are not random hotel rooms that I’m reselling. They are vacation weeks available to me through my personal vacation ownership.
I also intentionally keep this small. I’m not trying to operate a large booking website with hundreds of listings. I simply have a few special weeks available and would rather connect personally with the travelers who will enjoy them.

How do I know my reservation is legitimate?
Before your trip, you’ll receive the applicable reservation confirmation associated with your stay. I’m also happy to explain the process and answer verification questions before payment.
